Originally built in 1938 as a neighborhood elementary school, the building was redeveloped into a 13-unit apartment building. Central School Apartments is located on the west side of downtown Atchison and within walking distance of multiple parks, grocery stores, retailers, and no less than a dozen independently owned and operated restaurants.
